1. What options do I have for paying my Water/Sewer/Electric Bill?

You may bring your payment to the Administrative offices at 210 N. Holland Street between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (except holidays) or you can sign up for monthly automatic draft. Please note that automatic draft can take several weeks to go into affect, so please allow 30 days for the first draft payment. We also have a drop-box outside of the administrative office for after-hour payments (Payments made after-hours will not be credited until the following business day)

1. How Do I Apply for a Business or Vendor License?

Business Licenses are available at Town Hall, or you may download one on this page, fill it out and bring it to Town Hall. Vendors seeking to sell at Town sponsored events should fill out the same form. The cost of a business license is $60.00; new businesses opening in Dallas (Welcome!) after July 1 will pay a prorated fee based upon when the license is applied for. 2. How do I sign up for activities?

You can download the Town of Dallas Sports sign-up form, fill it in & return it to the Parks & Recreation Department during the sign-up period (check calendar for dates). Contact the Parks & Recreation Dept for more info

3. Does the Town of Dallas have facilities available to rent for special occasions?

The Civic Building is available to rent for residents within the Town Limits. You can download the Civic Building Rental Application in the forms section. Please check with Administration at 704-922-3176 for availability and other details.

1. Where Do I Get a Zoning Permit?

You may come by Town Hall at 210 N Holland St and apply for a Zoning Permit, or download one here and fill it out. Most single family residential permits can be issued the same day; Commercial, Industrial or multi-family permits require a review and can take 7-10 business days for approval.
